Marinated Vegetable Appetizer

Ingredients
  Mushrooms 2 Cup (32 tbs) (fresh)
  Zucchini 1 Medium, cut into bite-size chunks
  White wine vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cooking oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Halve any large mushrooms.
In a medium mixing bowl combine mushrooms and zucchini.
In a screw-top jar combine vinegar, oil, sherry, sugar, oregano, and pepper.
Cover and shake well to mix, then pour over vegetables.
Cover and chill several hours, stirring occasionally.
