Mushroom And Leek Saute

Ingredients
  Reduced calorie margarine 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Leeks 2 Cup (32 tbs), sliced
  Mushrooms 1 Pound, quartered
  Low sodium soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Dried oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Melt margarine in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add leeks; saute 3 minutes. Add mushrooms and remaining ingredients; saute 4 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
