Honey Glazed Drumsticks
|Dijon mustard||3 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Orange peel||1 Teaspoon, finely shredded|
|Chicken drumsticks||2 Pound|
For sauce, stir together honey, mustard, lemon juice, and orange peel.
Rinse chicken; pat dry with paper towels.
Grill chicken on an uncovered grill directly over medium coals for 15 minutes.
Turn chicken; grill for 20 to 30 minutes more or till chicken is tender and no longer pink, brushing with sauce during the last 10 minutes of grilling.
