Are you a beginner? Do try this carrot cake recipe and you will win the heart of everyone. When I was a novice in cooking technique I tried this recipe and impressed my friends. No one believes that I was a novice. You too can try and impress your friends.
Ingredients
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 4
  Carrots 2 Cup (32 tbs), shredded
  Pineapple 1 Cup (16 tbs), crushed
  Vanilla 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Stage1-Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fareinhite.

Stage2-Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.

Stage3-Stir in sugar, raisins, and nuts.

Stage4-Make a well in dry ingredients and add oil, eggs, carrots, pineapple and vanilla. Combine until blended.

Stage5-Turn batter into a greased and floured 8" pan.

Stage6-Bake at 375 degrees fareinhite for 50 to 55 minutes.
