Scalloped Sweet Potatoes
|Sweet potatoes||4 Medium, peeled|
|Celery||1 , thinly sliced|
|Green onion||1 , thinly sliced|
|Cream of celery soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Savory seasonings||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Pecans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), coarsely chopped|
Preheat oven to 350°.
Arrange potatoes, celery and onion in lightly greased 2 quart casserole.
Combine soup, milk and Bake Blend; stir until blended.
Pour over potatoes.
Bake 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
Sprinkle on nuts during last 15 minutes of baking.
