Baked Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
  Sweet potatoes 4 Medium, cooked and peeled
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Low sodium corn oil margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Cut sweet potatoes into 1/2-inch slices.
3. Layer potatoes, brown sugar, and margarine in a casserole. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
4. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
