Pineapple Nut Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
  Sweet potatoes 1 1⁄2 Pound (About 4 Medium)
  Canned crushed pineapple 8 1⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Coarsely chopped nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Miniature marshmallows/11 large marshmallows, cut up 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ground nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Prepare and microwave sweet potatoes except cool about 30 minutes or until cool enough to handle. Pare and cut into fourths.
2. Layer sweet potatoes, pineapple, nuts, brown sugar and 1/2 cup of the marshmallows in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cover and microwave on high 7 to 10 minutes or until hot.
3. Sprinkle with remaining marshmallows. Microwave uncovered 1 to 2 minutes or until marshmallows are puffed. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
