Chest Nut & Vegetable Stuffings
|Onion||1 Large, chopped to make 1 cup|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1/2 Stick)|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped stuffed green olives||2 Tablespoon|
|Canned water chestnuts||6 , chopped (From A 5- Ounce Can)|
|Hot water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Herb seasoned stuffing croutons||4 Cup (64 tbs) (From A 7-Ounce Package)|
1. Saute onion in butter or margarine until soft in a small skillet; stir in parsley, olives, chestnuts, water.
2. Pour over croutons in a medium-size bowl and toss until evenly moist.
