Chest Nut & Vegetable Stuffings

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Large, chopped to make 1 cup
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1/2 Stick)
  Chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped stuffed green olives 2 Tablespoon
  Canned water chestnuts 6 , chopped (From A 5- Ounce Can)
  Hot water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Herb seasoned stuffing croutons 4 Cup (64 tbs) (From A 7-Ounce Package)
Directions

1. Saute onion in butter or margarine until soft in a small skillet; stir in parsley, olives, chestnuts, water.
2. Pour over croutons in a medium-size bowl and toss until evenly moist.
