Baked Potatoes Elegante

  Baking potatoes 5 Medium
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce, softened (1 Package)
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon, softened
  Onion salt 1 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Diced pimiento 2 Tablespoon

Bake potatoes in 325° oven for 90 minutes or till done.
Cut slice from top of each.
Scoop out insides; mash.
Add sour cream, cream cheese, milk, butter or margarine, onion salt, and pepper; beat till smooth and fluffy.
Stir in pimiento.
Fill potato shells with mashed potato mixture.
Return to oven and bake 15 minutes more or till hot.
