Mixed Vegetable Saute
|Butter/Margarine||1 Ounce (2 Tablespoon / 25 Gram)|
|Yellow pepper||1 , seeded and chopped|
|Broccoli florets||4 Ounce (1 3/4 Cups / 100 Gram)|
|Mangetout||3 Ounce (1/2 Cup / 75 Gram)|
|Mushrooms||3 Ounce, sliced (1 Cup / 75 Gram)|
|Spring onions||2 Ounce (1/2 Cup / 50 Gram, Scallions)|
Heat a browning dish to maximum, according to manufacturer's instructions. Add the butter or margarine and, using oven gloves, tilt the dish so that it is coated with the hot fat.
Put the vegetables in the dish and cook for 2 minutes, stirring once.
