Ham Sauced Sweet Potatoes
|Sweet potatoes||24 Ounce (3 Potatoes, 8 Ounce Each)|
|Condensed golden mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Cooked ham||1 Cup (16 tbs), cut into thin strips|
|Grated orange peel||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Pierce potatoes with fork in several places; arrange in circular pattern on microwave-safe plate. Microwave, uncovered, on high 8 minutes or until tender, rearranging potatoes once during cooking. Let stand, uncovered, while preparing sauce.
2. In medium microwave-safe bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Cover with vented plastic wrap; microwave on high 4 minutes or until hot, stirring once during cooking. Split potatoes; spoon sauce over each.
