Scalloped Corn And Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Whole kernel corn 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Tomato 4 Medium, sliced
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Medium, grated
  Bread crumbs 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon, melted
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease a 2-quart casserole.
Arrange alternate layers of corn, tomato slices and green pepper in prepared casserole.
Add sugar, salt, pepper and onion.
Combine bread crumbs and butter or margarine.
Sprinkle over top.
Cover.
Bake 45-55 minutes or until done.
