Easy Chinese Stir Fried Vegetables

Easy to make stir fried vegetables made the authentic Chinese way. The sauces offer it a flavor and taste that is truly irresistible. Savour a dish that is not only nutritious but absolutely delicious too.
  Mixed vegetables 1⁄2 Pound, frozen or cooked
  Green bell pepper 1 , chopped
  Oyster sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Oil 1 Tablespoon

Take a frying pan and add 1 tbsp of oil. Set heat on high. Add the minced garlic. Keep stirring for 10 seconds. Add the vegetables and all the other ingredients. Stir for a minute. Add cornstarch mixed in water (liquid cornstarch) to thicken the sauce. Stir for 30 seconds. Serve delicious Chinese stir fried vegetables.
