Leeks In Casserole
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cheese||1 Tablespoon, grated|
Simmer prepared leeks in salted water until just tender; drain thoroughly.
Arrange close together in shallow greased bake dish; pour in sour cream mixed with mustard; sprinkle with cheese.
Place under broiler until bubbly
