Herbed Baby Potatoes

|Small red potatoes/New potatoes||1 1⁄2 Pound, scrubbed, unpeeled and quartered|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Minced fresh parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped fresh oregano/1 teaspoon dried oregano||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|Minced fresh parsley||2 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
Preheat oven to 350Â° F.
In a 2-quart casserole, toss potatoes in oil to coat each piece.
Add remaining ingredients, except parsley for garnish.
Toss to coat evenly.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Garnish with parsley.
