Herbed Baby Potatoes

Ingredients
  Small red potatoes/New potatoes 1 1⁄2 Pound, scrubbed, unpeeled and quartered
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Minced fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh oregano/1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper To Taste
  Minced fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350° F.
In a 2-quart casserole, toss potatoes in oil to coat each piece.
Add remaining ingredients, except parsley for garnish.
Toss to coat evenly.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Garnish with parsley.
