Tomato, Apple And Broccoli Salad
|Large tomatoes||300 Gram, skinned and cubed|
|Apples||250 Gram, skinned and cubed (gold and tart)|
|Broccoli florets||200 Gram, boiled|
|Sour limes||2 , juiced and mixed with 2 tsps. sugar|
|Celery stalks||2 , chopped|
|Almond||2 Tablespoon, roasted or fried|
|Black pepper||1 Teaspoon, coarsely ground|
Place the cut tomatoes, apples, broccoli and celery chopped into 1/2 inch pieces into a bowl. Sprinkle salt and pepper and the lime juice and sugar and mix well. Chill till needed.
Serve topped with the almond slices.
