Spice & Nuts Sweet Potato Pudding

Ingredients
  Grated raw sweet potatoes 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Light brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Light corn syrup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Chopped pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, melted
Directions

Mix all ingredients in bowl.
Blend well.
Pour into buttered pan, 12 x 8 x 2 inches.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (350° F.) for about 1 hour.
