Lemon Beans With Celery
|Fresh green beans/Wax beans||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped|
|Rosemary||1⁄4 Teaspoon (powdered)|
|Boiling water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon, melted|
Prepare beans by cutting diagonally.
Combine with celery and seasonings in a saucepan.
Add boiling water, cover and simmer until just tender.
Drain beans and drizzle with a mixture of lemon juice and butter.
