|Watercress||3 Bunch (300 gm)|
|Sliced and drained tomatoes||3|
|Hardboiled eggs||2 , cut into wedges|
|Chopped green onion||1|
|Garlic flavored croutons||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Smoked salmon||1⁄4 Pound, cut in julienne strips|
|Cooked and chilled pacific shrimp||1⁄2 Pound|
|Red wine tarragon||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Wash and dry salad greens and tear into a large bowl.
Add all ingredients except the dressing.
Cover and chill.
At serving time drizzle with dressing and toss lightly.
Serve in individual bowls or on small plates before a main course of meat, game or poultry.
