Ingredients
  Tomatoes 6 Large (8 medium ones)
  Salt To Taste
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Instant minced onion 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Canned whole kernel corn 32 Ounce, drained (2 cups)
  Crushed potato chips/Crackers 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Cut off tops of tomatoes and hollow out inside (grapefruit knife or spoon works well).
(Save inside of tomatoes and add to salad, casserole or other vegetable dishes.) Place hollowed out tomatoes on serving plate; sprinkle with salt.
