Ingredients
  Zucchini 1 Medium, sliced thin (about 7 inches)
  Yellow squash 1 Medium, sliced thin
  Onion 1⁄2 , sliced (not chopped)
  Sliced onion 1⁄2 (Not Chopped)
  Yellow pepper 1 , sliced
  Green pepper 1 , sliced
  Mushrooms 5 , sliced
  Minced garlic 2 Teaspoon
  Crushed red pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon (to taste)
  Tomato sauce 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Saute all vegetables and minced garlic for about 5 minutes.
2. Towards the end of cooking time, add crushed red pepper.
3. Mix in tomato sauce to coat veggies generously.
4. Spoon mixture in roll, and put under broiler for 30 seconds (optional).
