|Grated white cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|

|White cheedar cheese triangles/Yellow cheddar cheese triangles||4 Small (About 1/8 Inch Thick)|
1. Make a shallow lengthwise cut around the edge of each potato. Bake in a 400° oven for 1 hour.
2. Scoop the cooked potato into a bowl, being careful not to tear the skins. Place the empty skins on a baking sheet.
3. Mash the potatoes; add and blend in the other ingredients. Fill the skins. Return the filled skins to the oven and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes.
4. Stick the triangular cheese sails into the potato boats.
