Arabic Summer Special Tabouleh

Ingredients
  White onion 1⁄4 Medium, peeled and cut into chunks
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), peeled and sliced
  Tomato 1 Large, cut into chunks
  Cucumber 1⁄2 Medium, cut into chunks
  Mint leaves 5 Large, roughly chopped
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Extra virgin olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Couscous 14 Tablespoon (3/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoon)
  Salt To Taste (For Garnish)
  Pepper To Taste (For Garnish)
  Tomato 1⁄2 Large, seeded and diced
  Cucumber 1⁄4 Medium, seeded and diced
  Green onion 1⁄2 , thinly sliced
  Mint leaves 5 , finely sliced
Directions

For the tabouleh, place onion, garlic, tomatoes, cucumber, mint, and lemon juice in a food processor and process about 30 seconds. Pour mixture into a medium bowl and add olive oil. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Mix in couscous. Place plastic wrap in contact with tabouleh and cover bowl with a second piece of plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.|nWhen ready to serve, mix in garnish. Correct seasoning with salt and pepper if necessary. Serve cold.Please see video .
