Sweet Potatoes Grilled With Orange Butter

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted
  Orange 1 , juiced
  Sweet potatoes 4 Medium (unpeeled)
  Orange 1 (zest grated)
Directions

Combine butter, orange juice, and zest in a small bowl.
Place potatoes in a large saucepan of rapidly boiling water and boil for 20 to 25 minutes, or until fork tender, but not mushy.
Drain potatoes and place them (still unpeeled) on a grill about 4 to 6 inches from hot coals, brush with orange butter, and grill, turning and basting frequently with remaining orange butter, for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until skin is dark brown and glazed.
