Mushroom And Leek Saute

Ingredients
  Reduced calorie margarine 1 1⁄3 Tablespoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon)
  Sliced leeks 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Fresh mushrooms 1 Pound, quartered
  Low sodium soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Dried whole oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat margarine in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until margarine melts.
Add leeks; saute 3 minutes.
Add mushrooms and remaining ingredients; saute 4 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
