Glazed Radishes

Ingredients
  Butter/Null 1 Ounce (25 Gram)
  Radishes/Null 1 Pound, peeled and halved (1/2 Kilogram)
  Sugar/Null 2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)
  Water/Null 10 Fluid Ounce (300 Milliliter)
  Salt/Null 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2.5 Milliliter)
  Chopped fresh parsley/Null 2 Tablespoon (To Garnish)
Directions

Melt the butter in a frying-pan.
Add the radishes, sprinkle over the sugar and fry for 3 minutes.
Stir in the water and salt, and cook for a further 10 minutes, or until most of the water has evaporated and the radishes are tender.
Garnish with the chopped parsley.
