Baked Potato Sticks
|Russet potatoes||2 Large|
|Butter/Margarine||3 Tablespoon, melted|
|Garlic salt||To Taste|
|Dry oregano||To Taste|
Scrub potatoes and cut each one lengthwise into eighths.
Brush with butter; sprinkle with garlic salt and oregano.
Arrange potato wedges, skin sides down, about 1 inch apart on a large baking sheet.
Bake in a 425° oven until tender when pierced about 30 minutes.
