Mashed Potato N Parsnip

Ingredients
  Potato 1 Large, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
  Parsnip 1 Medium, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
  Carrot 1 Medium, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Place potato, parsnip and carrot in a saucepan; cover with water.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover and cook for 20-25 minutes or until tender.
Drain.
In asmall bowl, mash the vegetables with milk, butter, brown sugar and salt.
