Mixed Pulses With Vegetables

  Whole moong 2 Tablespoon
  Gram 2 Tablespoon (Chana)
  Whole masoor 1 Tablespoon
  Cauliflower 175 Gram
  Whole onions 7 Small
  Sliced onions 2
  Chopped tomatoes 2 Large
  Oil 3 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Sliced tomato 1 (For Decoration)
  Chopped coriander 1 Tablespoon (For Decoration)
  Garlic 8 Clove (40 gm) (To Be Ground Into A Paste)
  Red chilies 8 (To Be Ground Into A Paste)
  Coriander seeds 2 Teaspoon (To Be Ground Into A Paste)
  Cumin seeds 2 Teaspoon (To Be Ground Into A Paste)
  Ginger piece 1 Inch (To Be Ground Into A Paste, 25 Millimeters)

1. Soak the moong, gram and masoor in water for at least 6 hours. Drain and allow to sprout for 12 hours.
2. Add 2 teacups of water and cook in a pressure cooker.
3. Cut the cauliflower into big pieces and boil with the whole onions.
How to proceed
1. Heat the oil and fry the sliced onions for 3 minutes.
2. Add the paste and fry again for 3 to 4 minutes.
3. Add the soaked pulses and cook for a few minutes.
4. Add the cauliflower, whole onions, tomatoes and salt and cook for at least 10 minutes. If you like, add 3 to 4 teaspoons of tamarind water before serving.
