Ingredients
  Sweet potatoes/Yams 29 Ounce (drained)
  Maple syrup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sherry 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Slice or quarter potatoes.
Combine all ingredients in top of double boiler.
Cover and heat through.
