Pineapple Baked Parsnips

Ingredients
  Parsnips 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Pineapple juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat oven to 350°.
Prepare parsnips in lengthwise strips.
Place strips in ungreased baking dish, 111/2x71/2x11/2 inches.
Mix juice, sugar, salt, and pepper; pour over parsnips.
Dot with butter.
Cover; bake 1 hour.
