Spring Garden Toss

Ingredients
  Shredded cabbage 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shredded carrot 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sliced radishes 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped onions 1 Tablespoon
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tarragon vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine cabbage, celery, green pepper, carrot, radishes, and onion; chill.
Combine remaining ingredients; chill.
Just before serving, toss sour cream mixture lightly with vegetable mixture.
