Candied Sweet Potatoes

|Sweet potatoes||29 Ounce, quartered (canned, drained)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (firmly packed)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Place sweet potatoes in a buttered 1 1/2 -quart casserole.
Combine brown sugar, butter, salt, and water; heat to dissolve sugar.
Pour brown sugar syrup over sweet potatoes.
Bake at 375°, basting frequently until bubbly.
