Ingredients
  Cooked macaroni/Cooked rice / spaghetti 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Boiled vegetables 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Carrots, Cauliflower Peas, Beans, Etc)
  Cottage cheese pieces 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 500 Gram, boiled
  Apple 1 , chopped
  Cooked spinach 4 Bunch (400 gm)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Chili sauce To Taste
  Sliced capsicums 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Garnish)
  Grated cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Garnish)
Directions

Liquidise tomatoes and spinach.
Pass through sieve separately.
Heat 1 1/2 tablespoons butter and fry onion.
Cook for five minutes.
Add half of the onion to tomate puree and rest to spinach puree.
Add salt and pepper to both.
Add chilli sauce to tomato puree and apple and cheese cubes to spinach puree.
In a greased baking dish spread a thin layer of tomato puree.
Then add a layer of macaroni.
Cover this with a layer of spinach puree.
Sprinkle grated cheese as desired.
Add a layer of vegetable.
Again sprinkle cheese.
Cover with tomato puree and more cheese.
Decorate with sliced capsicums.
Dot with two teaspoons butter.
Bake in hot oven 220°C for 20 minutes.
