Sauteed Bamboo Shoots
|Canned bamboo shoots||2 Cup (32 tbs), drained|
|Salad oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Chopped onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Chicken bouillon||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon (Or More To Taste)|
Cut bamboo shoots into slivers.
Skin and bone chicken breast.
Cut against the grain into thin slices.
Heat salad oil in skillet.
When very hot, cook onion in it for 1 minute.
Add chicken and cook for 1 minute.
Add bamboo shoots, bouillon, and soy sauce.
Simmer, covered, for about 10 minutes, or until flavors have blended.
