Corn Filled Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 6 Large
  Salt To Taste
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Canned whole kernel corn 16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Potato chips 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), crushed
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Cut tops off tomatoes; hollow out inside. Save tomato pulp for soup. Place tomatoes on glass serving platter. Sprinkle with salt. Combine butter, onion and green pepper in 4-cup glass measure.
