Seasoned Squash Medley
|Unsalted butter||5 Tablespoon|
|Thinly sliced zucchini||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Thinly sliced yellow squash||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Melt butter in large skillet over high heat.
Add Vegetable Magic and stir until well blended.
Add onion and saute until golden brown, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally and scraping pan bottom well.
Add zucchini and yellow squash and cook until crisp-tender, about 2 minutes, stirring frequently and coating all vegetable slices with butter.
