Lemon Syllabub

Ingredients
  White wine 6 Tablespoon
  Liquid honey 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1 (Use Finely Grated Rind And Juice)
  Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg white 1
  Shredded lemon rind 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Place the wine, 1 tablespoon of the honey, the lemon rind and juice in a bowl and leave to soak for about 1 hour.
2. Whip the cream until stiff, then gradually whisk in the wine mixture.
3. Whisk the egg white until stiff, then whisk in the remaining honey. Carefully fold into the cream mixture and spoon into 4 glass dishes. Chill for 30 minutes, or until required.
