|Crescent roll dough||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Sugar||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
Butter two foil-lined cookie sheets.
Mix sugar and cinnamon.
Separate roll dough into 2 oblongs, pressing perforations to seal.
Spread with margarine and sprinkle with a little sugar and cinnamon.
Starting at the long side, roll up as for a jelly roll.
Cut each into 12 slices.
Dip each into melted margarine, sugar and cinnamon.
Place cut side down on tin, pressing with the palm until very thin.
Brush with egg yolk mix and top with remaining sugar and cinnamon.
Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
