Spinach Cheese Bake
|All purpose flour||3 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded process american cheese||8 Ounce (2 Cups)|
|Frozen chopped spinach||10 Ounce, thawed and drained (1 Package)|
|Soft bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Eggs||3 , lightly beaten|
|Garlic salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dried oregano||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt butter; blend in flour until smooth.
Cook and stir for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually stir in milk; bring to a boil.
Cook and stir for 2 minutes.
Remove from the heat; stir in cheese until melted.
Add spinach, bread crumbs, eggs and seasonings; mix well.
Spoon into an ungreased 1-1/2-qt.baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45-50 minutes or until lightly browned.
