Stir Fry Vegetables
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Onions||3 Medium, quartered lengthwise|
|Cabbage||2 Cup (32 tbs), thinly sliced|
|Green pepper||1 Medium, cut in 1/4 inch strips|
|Broccoli flowerets||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cauliflower flowerets||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Carrots||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), sliced diagonally|
|Celery stalks||2 , sliced diagonally|
|Green onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced|
In 3-quart casserole, place oil, soy sauce, butter and garlic powder.
Microwave at HIGH (10) 1/2 to I minute until hot.
Add onions, cabbage, green pepper, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, celery, and green onions.
Toss to coat.
Microwave at HIGH (10) 9 to 15 minutes; stir after 6 minutes.
