Stir Fry Vegetables

Ingredients
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onions 3 Medium, quartered lengthwise
  Cabbage 2 Cup (32 tbs), thinly sliced
  Green pepper 1 Medium, cut in 1/4 inch strips
  Broccoli flowerets 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cauliflower flowerets 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Carrots 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), sliced diagonally
  Celery stalks 2 , sliced diagonally
  Green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced
Directions

In 3-quart casserole, place oil, soy sauce, butter and garlic powder.
Microwave at HIGH (10) 1/2 to I minute until hot.
Add onions, cabbage, green pepper, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, celery, and green onions.
Toss to coat.
Cover.
Microwave at HIGH (10) 9 to 15 minutes; stir after 6 minutes.
