Candied Sweet Potatoes
|Canned sweet potatoes||30 Ounce, drained and cut up (2 Cans, 15 Ounce Each)|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter||3 Tablespoon, cut into small pieces|
|Toasted chopped pecans||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Preheat oven in Convection Bake to 375°F (*350°F).
In medium microwave safe bowl, melt butter. Add brown sugar, nutmeg and pecans. Mix well. Add potatoes and mix until coated. Pour into 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
Convection Bake for 15 to 25 minutes until heated through.
