30 Ounce, drained and cut up (2 Cans, 15 Ounce Each)
Packed brown sugar
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
3 Tablespoon, cut into small pieces
Toasted chopped pecans
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Preheat oven in Convection Bake to 375°F (*350°F).
In medium microwave safe bowl, melt butter. Add brown sugar, nutmeg and pecans. Mix well. Add potatoes and mix until coated. Pour into 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
Convection Bake for 15 to 25 minutes until heated through.
