Chinese Stir Fried Vegetables

Ingredients
  Sliced onion 1
  Chopped spring onions 2
  Shredded cabbage 6 Ounce (1 Teacup)
  Capsicum 1⁄2 , sliced
  Tomato 1 , sliced
  Coarsely grated carrots 2 Tablespoon
  Bean sprouts 2 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 1 Pinch
  Citric acid 1 Pinch
  Soya sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Ginger water 2 Teaspoon
  Chili-garlic sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Chili vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Bread slices 2 (To Serve)
Directions

Heat the oil on a large tawa (griddle) on a high flame.
Add the onions, vegetables, baking powder and citric acid and stir for a while.
Add the soya sauce, ginger water, chilli garlic paste, chillies in vinegar and salt and mix well.
