  Sweet potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs), mashed (canned, vaccum packed)
  Egg yolk 1
  Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon, grated
  Nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon, ground

In mixing bowl combine mashed sweet potatoes, egg yolk, parmesan cheese, nutmeg, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Use to stuff desired pasta.
