Ragout Of Pork With Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
  Chopped onion 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sweet potato 1 Pound, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes to make 3 cups
  Tomato paste 2 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Canned low salt chicken broth 10 1⁄2 Ounce, undiluted (1 Can)
  Lean boneless pork loin 1 Pound, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  Frozen green peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Place onion in a 2-quart casserole.
Cover and microwave at HIGH 2 minutes.
Add potato and next 7 ingredients, stirring well.
Cover and microwave at HIGH 10 minutes.
Add pork; cover and microwave at HIGH 10 minutes or until potato is tender.
Add peas; cover and microwave at HIGH 2 minutes.
