Praline Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
  Sweet potatoes 4 Cup (64 tbs), mashed
  Packed brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Packed brown sugar 7 Cup (112 tbs)
  Pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
  Butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Preheat the oven to 350°.
In a large bowl mix the sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, butter, and vanilla.In a separate small bowl mix the sugar, pecans, coconut, butter, and flour.
Pour the potato mixture into a buttered casserole.
Top the sweet potatoes with the crumb mixture.
Bake the sweet potatoes for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden.
