Ingredients
  Dry white wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brandy 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Whipping cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Mix all ingredients except cream.
Let stand till sugar is dissolved.
Add cream; whip till soft and fluffy.
Spoon into dessert glasses
