  Torn red leaf lettuce 4 Cup (64 tbs) (About 1 Large Head)
  Torn curly endive 4 Cup (64 tbs) (1/2 Head)
  Torn radicchio 4 Cup (64 tbs) (2 Heads)
  Trimmed arugula 2 Cup (32 tbs) (4 Bunches)
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and toss well.
Store mixed greens in perforated zip-top plastic vegetable bags.
