Curly Dock Siciliana
|Young curly dock greens||1⁄2 Pound|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Anchovy fillets||3 , minced|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
Cook greens in covered pan with 1/2 cup water for 12 minutes.
Drain well on paper towels.
Saute garlic in oil 5 minutes.
Add dock and saute, stirring, for 3 minutes longer.
Stir in anchovies and serve sprinkled with lemon juice.
