Stewed Sorrel

Ingredients
  Sheep sorrel 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Sweet cream 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook sorrel in water with salt added in covered pan over medium heat 10 minutes.
Drain well.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
